Where's Genting? What a way to wear there? Hearing the name of Genting, Kuala Lumpur, which may be directly in your mind is the location of the famous casino in Southeast Asia. Where they are located in areas of high (Genting Highland), equipped with a variety of other support facilities (Resort, Hotel, Indoor and Outdoor Theme Park) make this a place that demand a lot of people to visit. Genting is not for people to gamble, but also can play with the family in a variety of games available.

Genting Higland outside of Kuala Lumpur, located in the hills of cold air, where it can be in use by various types of vehicles with a travel time of about 2.5 - 3 hours. It was built by the government of Malaysia, Genting Highland is not only a means to gamble. But in this location there are also other play facilities for families and children who are in the area (indoor theme park) and the outer area (outdoor theme park). There are also hotel room also contains the 6000 room or place shooping shopping are all within one area.

To reach this Genting there are various ways:

A. Bus to Genting Skyway 


To Genting Highland with two trips taken by bus to the place and use the skyway cable car to the location which is located on the hill. The bus that you can use your bus ride from the bus terminal as Puduraya, Putra LRT crest, KL Sentral Station, KLIA Express and Pasarakyat.

In Puduraya you can buy tickets at the terminal price is RM 9.60 (Jan 2012) is included tickets to Genting Highland skyway. While the terminal tuft of tickets can be purchased at a price of RM 8:40, from the KL Sentral Station, K Pasarakyat Express and ticket prices (RM 9:30). Bus stops at Skyway Gohtong Java Town Kuala Lumpur.

Pudu Sentral to Genting Highlands Resort RM9.60 children: RM8.50

KL Sentral to Genting Highlands Resort RM9.30 children: RM8.20

2. Skyway to Genting 


If you only buy a bus ticket just then arriving in Java Gohtong to Genting Highland Town you can buy tickets at a price kaunter RM RM 4:00 and 7:00 each way to commute. Skyway travel time to locations on the hill is for about 11-15 minutes at a distance of approximately 3.8 km

Hours of operation as follows:

Monday - Friday: 7:30 to 23:00

Saturday - Sunday: 07.30 - 24.00 midnight

Many taxi to Genting, the cost variation depending on where you go. If you are traveling from Bukit Bintang area it costs more or less by 60-80 RM.
